Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all reporting across
SQL and Tableau,
analyze our MSSQL database
,
and generate insightful reports. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Head of Data to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Manage and execute SQL-based reports and Tableau dashboards.
  • Define, track, and maintain KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Must have Strong SQL skills with experience in MSSQL databases.
  • Must have Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
  • Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in the relevant Field
  • Ability to define and track KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
