Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to spearhead our regional expansion in India and beyond. As a key member of our sales team, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders, decision-makers, and IT leadership in mid-market and enterprise clients across India and global markets.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process, from lead generation and solution pitching to proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Regional GTM Strategies: Design and execute targeted go-to-market strategies for regional expansion.

Client & Account Management:

  • Relationship Building: Foster close ties with clients through consultative selling, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services to existing clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 3-10 years of proven IT services sales experience in India, with a track record of success in one global region (US or EMEA).
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of services like Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Network: Strong professional network with decision-makers in India and international markets.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
