Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Strategist

About the Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping our organization's cybersecurity architecture and engineering strategies. As a senior technical leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive security standards, ensuring the protection of critical systems and data.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions for complex global organizations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Strategy & Solutioning:
    • Develop and lead the strategy for modernizing our security stack, ensuring architecture stays current with evolving technologies and threats.
    • Spearhead strategic cybersecurity projects across Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, and Identity Security.
  • Security Architecture & Engineering:
    • Oversight of cybersecurity engineering and architecture to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across the enterprise and all business functions.
    • Architect and document robust security solutions for critical corporate infrastructure, cloud environments, and customer-facing platforms.
  • Vulnerability & Exposure Management:
    • Direct oversight of the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) program, ensuring continuous assessment and mitigation of security vulnerabilities and exposures.
    • Execution of security assessments for 400+ applications, ensuring secure SDLC practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Identity Governance & Administration:
    • Direct the Identity & Access Management program, enforcing policies, controls, and governance that protects access to critical systems and data.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 18+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security engineering, architecture, vulnerability management, and identity security.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions for critical enterprise infrastructure, including cloud environments, network security, and endpoint protection.
  • Experience in IT/ITES/BPO environments or highly regulated environments with a thorough understanding of compliance frameworks.
