Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives and understanding design aesthetics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with our brand, vision, and business goals. This includes leading and managing a team of copywriters, collaborating closely with designers, and working across various formats such as ads, scripts, social media, and long-form content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure words and visuals work seamlessly together
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Conceptualize and execute big ideas, working on integrated campaigns from digital and social media to TVCs, print, and beyond
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team

Creative Skills: Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development

Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives

Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively

Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs

Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges creatively
