We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Strategist to spearhead the implementation of eClinical Solutions for clinical research organizations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving process reengineering initiatives to optimize clinical operations workflows and enhance data management efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects of eClinical Solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes for technology implementation and business process reengineering initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies, to drive successful execution.
  • Champion change management efforts to drive user adoption and maximize the benefits of implemented solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or technology implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of eClinical Solutions and clinical research regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
