Senior Business Solutions Specialist

As a senior business solutions specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients drive business success through tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Your deep product knowledge and exceptional consulting skills will enable you to guide clients through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading client engagements and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals.
  • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.
  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting, including full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
