  • This position requires owning the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units; reviewing financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.">
  • Key responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.">
  • The Financial Strategist will deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses; recommend actions to improve margins and cash flow.">
  • Additionally, this role involves providing actionable financial insights to business leaders; supporting strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.">
  • Responsibilities also include establishing repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets; tracking win–loss ratios and maintaining financial models for decision support.">
  • Monitoring OPEX, enforcing budget controls, and ensuring adherence to financial discipline across units is also essential.">
  • Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.">
  • Finally, this role involves driving/supporting organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling is required.">
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.">
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools is mandatory.">
  • Qualified CA is necessary.">
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.">
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams is highly valued.">
