Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Business Finance and FP&A domain, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Serving as an individual contributor in the Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domain.
- Performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Developing and presenting financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Identifying financial trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Supporting strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
