Our firm is seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements for clients in the US.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data on a regular basis.
  • Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports that meet US reporting standards.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Tax Compliance & Reporting:
  • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns in accordance with IRS guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with US tax regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist clients with tax planning, minimizing tax liabilities while maximizing legal deductions.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Advisory:
  • Provide guidance to clients on compliance requirements related to IRS, state agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support in financial audits, tax audits, and related assessments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-Border Taxation & Advisory:
  • Advise clients on cross-border tax implications for US entities working globally.
  • Provide insights on withholding taxes, foreign investments, and treaty benefits, where applicable.
  • Client Management & Communication:
  • Collaborate with clients to provide regular updates on financial performance and tax obligations.
  • Build long-term client relationships by delivering timely and accurate service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or EA qualification preferred but not mandatory. Candidates pursuing CPA/EA are welcome.
  • Professional experience: 0-3 years of experience in US bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial compliance.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific tax laws.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
