As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with senior management to define and execute financial strategies that drive long-term success and stability.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supervise the operations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Provide stakeholders with financial visibility through dashboards and regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial performance.
  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for both expenses and investments.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at both organizational and functional levels.
  • Report budget variances to management, providing detailed explanations for discrepancies.
  • Navigate relationships with external stakeholders, including payroll partners, banks, legal advisors, and government offices.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably within small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach.
  • In-depth knowledge of US & Indian GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices, including those of the US & EU.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges encountered by yourself or your team.
