Senior Graphic Designer Role

The Senior Graphic Designer should possess a keen understanding of client requirements and be well-versed in IT sector terminologies. This role entails shaping the visual aspects of layouts, designs, websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to translate requirements into design and demonstrate creativity flair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Designs: Create captivating digital print and web designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Color and Layout Management: Utilize appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters and creative directors to produce visually appealing final designs.
  • Design Iterations: Amend designs after receiving feedback from stakeholders.
  • Visual Appeal: Ensure final graphics and layouts are aesthetically pleasing and on-brand.
  • Requirements Analysis: Study design briefs to determine client requirements.
  • Conceptualization: Conceptualize visuals based on client requirements.
  • Presentation: Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Design Experience: Possess significant experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Proficiency in Design Software: Familiarity with industry-standard software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and details in your work.
  • Responsibility and Ownership: Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Methodical Approach: Showcase your ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Education: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a significant advantage.

Core Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD.

Additional Software Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML and MS PowerPoint.
