Job Overview

The Group Deputy General Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of various departments within the organization.

  • Review and align financial processes with group reporting standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, and variance analysis to provide insights into organizational performance.
  • Develop and manage financial systems and policies to maintain effective internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing statements for submission to relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis tools to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: 6-9 years of experience in financial management or equivalent.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
