Job Role Overview

  • We are seeking an expert to manage the organization's Financial Management Information System, ensuring timely and accurate financial data for informed decision-making.
  • This role involves developing, automating, and publishing Business, Operations, and People-related MIS reports to support organizational performance tracking.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss financial parameters and provide ad-hoc analysis to drive business growth.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and provisioning for income and OPEX will be key responsibilities of this position.
  • The ideal candidate will closely monitor P&L and Balance Sheet lines to ensure regular granular tracking of stated business outcomes.
  • They will also drive expense management and analytics through a deep understanding of cost booking processes and systems.
  • A significant focus area will be to continuously improve and simplify expense allocation methodology across departments.
  • The incumbent will design and institutionalize systematic OPEX dashboards and MIS, enhancing organizational visibility and efficiency.
