Channel Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the overall development and growth of the residential broker channel for Pinnacle HR Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire, retain, and boost performance of residential brokers within key micro markets starting with Gurugram.
Collaborate with the founders to develop the overall channel strategy and play a key role in creating and implementing business plans.
Ensure the candidate has a proven track record of working within residential real estate for at least 2 years and specializes in creating and communicating with broker networks.
Key skills required include building businesses from scratch, lead generation, hiring, creating systems, and designing incentive structures.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a burning desire to create wealth in the long term are essential for this role.
