We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to take on the role of Global Channel Development Manager at realme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and channel management to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Channel Development and Management: Work closely with clients to establish, build, and manage global sales channels. Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively strategizing according to company goals and market trends.
  • Strategic Planning: Align channel distribution targets with the company's strategy and market situation. This includes distribution through various channels such as e-commerce platforms, brick-and-mortar stores, etc.
  • Relationship Building: Build trusted advisor relationships with partners by understanding their local strategies and business needs.
  • Skill Specialization: Demonstrate expertise in fundamental business skills such as sales (including production and sales), returns, distribution, display, sales support, main promotions, customer service, and market feedback.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for realme.
