Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Government Solutions team, you will be responsible for business growth and individual sales targets.

Your primary objective will be to lead revenue and pipeline generation from key public sector accounts/territories. You will also drive business growth through sales opportunities, client relationship management, and market research.

You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods. Additionally, you will have in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients.

As a Business Development Lead, you will prepare approach notes and proposal documents, translate client-provided information into clear program objectives, and support program documentation and knowledge collateral creation.

Another critical aspect of this role is communication with existing clients to foster an ongoing relationship. You will create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Masters degree in business administration or education or related discipline
  • Experience in curriculum design and blended learning

  1. Revenue generation/orders booked: 30%
  2. Contacting potential clients to establish network, arrange meetings, and support customer outreach – Lead generation and customer outreach: 30%
  3. Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and all client-related engagements: 20%
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on all program management and business development queries. Facilitate discussions with clients to elaborate on proposed improvements: 10%
  5. Database and knowledge creation and management: 10%
