We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team.
This role involves working as part of a team to generate leads, handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential clients and assist in the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven inside sales and lead generation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
