
Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (design, production, logistics, accounts).
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, client details, and project status.
- Coordinate with the design & engineering team for drawings and approvals.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
- Track ongoing projects, ensuring timely material dispatch and delivery coordination.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team during exhibitions, client presentations, and promotional activities.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/ERP tools.
- Knowledge of PEB, construction, or building materials industry preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and customer service mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development coordination, preferably in the PEB/Construction/Infrastructure industry.
