Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

  • Act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (design, production, logistics, accounts).
  • Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, client details, and project status.
  • Coordinate with the design & engineering team for drawings and approvals.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
  • Track ongoing projects, ensuring timely material dispatch and delivery coordination.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team during exhibitions, client presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/ERP tools.
  • Knowledge of PEB, construction, or building materials industry preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and customer service mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development coordination, preferably in the PEB/Construction/Infrastructure industry.
