Your Opportunity

Enhance business operations and client satisfaction as a Commercial Operations Analyst in our Deal Management and Commercial Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, skillfully managing disputes while balancing business objectives.
  • Consolidate and share customer feedback to drive enhancements in product offerings and operational processes.
  • Enforce adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and reliable operations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Effectively multitask and manage open cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Execute project management tasks, such as planning, tracking, and reporting on smaller scale projects.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic project management skills to independently plan, document, and communicate project developments.
  • Proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals effectively.
