Job Description: Business Development CoordinatorPosition Overview

The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth strategy of the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Research
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with prospective and existing client information.

  • Client Engagement

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Proposal & Presentation Support

  • Prepare and customize business proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver client requirements on time.

  • Sales & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and coordinating business development events.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Track business development activities and prepare performance reports.
  • Analyze trends, competitor activities, and feedback to improve strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or marketing (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
