Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multi-disciplinary intervention clinic dedicated to children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. This pediatric specialty center offers world-class services in Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Clinic Coordinator will oversee daily administrative operations, handle patient inquiries and appointments, coordinate between various therapy departments, maintain patient records, and ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic. The Coordinator will also work closely with therapists and parents to facilitate the best care plans for the children.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Customer Service experience and proficiency in handling patient inquiries
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and basic concepts of Medicine
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or pediatric clinic setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field preferred
