Job overview:

We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to lead operations at our Koramangala clinic. This role is ideal for someone who can balance administrative efficiency with a warm customer experience and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage front desk operations: Oversee walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online/offline appointment bookings.


• Ensure exceptional client experience: Greet and guide customers through their visit with professionalism and care.


• Supervise clinic hygiene: Oversee housekeeping staff and maintain high cleanliness and sanitization standards.


• Inventory and purchase planning: Track stock levels and coordinate the procurement of medicines and consumables.


• Administrative compliance: Maintain accurate records for daily collections, expenses, and end-of-day account closure.


• Team coordination: Liaise with doctors, therapists, and support staff to ensure efficient client flow and schedule adherence.


• Vendor management: Coordinate with local vendors for supplies and clinic upkeep.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Malayalam or Kannada proficiency is a plus.


• Tech-savvy with comfort in using scheduling tools, inventory trackers, and basic accounting software.


• Strong sense of empathy, responsibility, and patient-first attitude.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.


• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented environments preferred.
