Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, coordinating medical services, and providing training to staff. The role requires effective communication and leadership to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and meets the needs of patients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Making sales calls and other collaboration opportunities.
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge and experience in Medicine
  • Ability to provide Training and mentorship to staff
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
