About the Role

The Skin & Hair Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring exceptional client experience, compliance with health regulations, and achievement of business goals. This role blends operational leadership with customer service excellence, requiring strong managerial skills and knowledge of dermatology, trichology, and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for treatments and client care.

Financial & Administrative

  • Prepare and manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor revenue performance and implement strategies for growth.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data privacy compliance (HIPAA/GDPR).

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.

Client Experience & Marketing

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative treatments.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Knowledge:
    Dermatology and hair care treatments, EMR systems, HIPAA compliance.
  • Leadership:
    Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Communication:
    Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Business Acumen:
    Budgeting, revenue cycle management, and marketing strategies.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Quick decision-making in dynamic situations.
  • Soft Skills:
    Empathy, adaptability, and client-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in dermatology/aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and MS Office Suite.
