About the Role

We seek an accomplished Business Development Leader to spearhead revenue and enterprise sales for our Digital Products Division. This leadership role entails full-cycle delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions, websites, mobile applications, and custom software platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives, lead go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with solution teams to craft tailored value propositions for prominent Indian enterprises across various sectors. Key responsibilities include:
Revenue Leadership & Growth Strategy
- Own revenue targets and develop go-to-market strategies across the digital product services portfolio.
- Drive growth in key verticals such as BFSI, Consumer Tech, Retail, Manufacturing, and D2C.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting, solution design, and proposal development to pricing, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Lead large-scale strategic pursuits and multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Build a robust deal pipeline through outbound initiatives, partnerships, ABM, and inbound channels.
- Collaborate with marketing to create content, campaigns, and enablement tools that drive lead quality and conversion.
- Engage senior decision-makers including Founders, CIOs, CTOs, and CMOs with sharp, insight-led conversations.
- Translate complex business problems into digital product opportunities with clarity and credibility.
- Cultivate strong relationships with product, tech, design, and content leaders to shape customized proposals and delivery blueprints.
- Balancing commercial viability with technical feasibility and design innovation.
- Nurture long-term relationships with key clients to maximize lifetime value through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Ensure seamless handover and coordination with delivery teams for successful project outcomes.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting in a digital agency, tech services, or software product environment.
- MBA in sales/Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket digital deals (typically in the ₹50L-₹500Cr range).
- Strong consultative selling and enterprise solutioning background.
- Deep understanding of the web, mobile, and custom software delivery lifecycle (technical familiarity is essential).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
