We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Senior Director – Business Development.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and retaining large client relationships.

  • Drive strategic discussions with C-suite executives, senior directors, and key decision-makers.
  • Cross-sell products with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Develop and maintain effective networks within the business community and industry.
  • Baillifunctions include negotiating policy terms with insurance markets and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional relationship management skills with internal and external customers, insurance partners, and vendors.
  • Domain expertise preferred.
  • MBA degree or equivalent.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 10-15 years of experience in corporate relationship management from a service-oriented background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures across Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
  • Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
