
Sales and Customer Success Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to develop comprehensive training programs for our sales and customer success teams. This role is responsible for creating engaging training content, including videos, cheat sheets, and manuals, as well as conducting live training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and technical aspects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the Learning Management System
- Create training content
- Deliver training sessions
- Analyze data and feedback to improve process and performance
