The role of a Customer Support Specialist is crucial in ensuring the success of our program.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new candidates, understanding their expectations, and mentoring them to achieve their goals. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude towards customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard all candidates in your batch and familiarize them with program elements.
- Understand candidate expectations and provide guidance to help them achieve their objectives.
- Keep candidates informed about the latest developments through regular updates via phone, email, or chat.
- Analyze candidate performance on various program aspects and suggest interventions to improve underperforming metrics.
- Manage a database of candidate history, interactions, and growth.
- Provide continuous feedback and motivation to support lagging candidates' success.
- Coordinate preparation for placement activities to maximize offers.
- Act as a liaison between the program team and candidates, facilitating open communication and driving student satisfaction.
- Influence program calendars by working closely with the program team.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach to understand candidate needs and deliver tailored support.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage internal communication effectively to drive student success.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
