About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to customers on maximizing their digital experience using UrbanPiper's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and exceed customer expectations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer loyalty.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of UrbanPiper's products and services to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new products, tools, and technologies, with excellent knowledge-sharing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to thrive under pressure.
- Basic understanding of API integration is an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally with a focus on digital transformation or technology implementation.
