Job Title: Assistant Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled professional to assume a key role within our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across business, customers, and brands.

The selected individual will partner closely with commercial teams to facilitate timely closure of commercial arrangements. They will also support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with commercial teams to drive franchise business success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute contracts, provide timely updates, and ensure smooth renewal processes.
  • Support the delivery of agreed-upon performance indicators (AOP) on volume, net sales value, and pricing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing processes are in place.
  • Monitor payment collection from partners and address any overdue payments promptly.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms against contractual agreements.
  • Verify partner-reported data and highlight any discrepancies for further review.
  • Assist with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing of entries.
  • Serve as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing context to facilitate timely resolution of queries.
  • Prepare finance committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g., Franchise BPM).
  • Meet various ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities.
  • Act as an external and internal audit liaison.

Requirements:

  • Hold a CA/CA Inter/CMA degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrate detail-oriented process adherence.
  • Display strong business partnering and collaboration abilities.
  • Have exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
