Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join its finance team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and excellent leadership skills. They will also possess expertise in financial modeling, investor relations, and ERP systems.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance, with 4-6 years of experience in financial leadership positions. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and excellent communication skills.

As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business growth. You will also lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives
  • Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial health

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, and investor relations
  • Proven experience in liaising with banks and financial institutions for securing working capital and term loans
  • Experience in technology industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
