Senior Manager Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Finance and Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IND AS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts receivable, payroll etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop financial plans and budgets, monitor performance against budget, and analyse variances.
  • Work and coordinate with external auditors to share required audit data.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding regarding the accounting for Inventory and Fixed Assets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA will be preferred for this role.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
