Key Role: Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager Balance Sheet Management.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Finance and Accounts team in balance sheet management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
  • Develop and implement effective MIS and management reporting systems to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits.
  • Address audit observations and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial reporting processes.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to achieve high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IGAAP.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

This role requires excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving high standards of performance.
