Senior Finance Manager Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing effective financial policies. Additionally, the manager will supervise the finance team and collaborate with other departments to support overall financial objectives.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can make a significant contribution to our organization's financial success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising finance teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial policies, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Education and Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required, Master's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
