Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned senior financial lawyer with a proven track record in corporate and contract law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements.

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working with leading banks or financial institutions.
  • Extensive exposure to European, Asian, and US markets.
