Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to spearhead our firm's expansion and profitability. As the head of this role, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability for the organization.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing campaigns and promoting products and services.
  • Oversee product development initiatives from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Manage the financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate key business risks, such as competitive threats and market fluctuations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in Ed-tech is highly valued.
  • Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and experience managing P&L for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take calculated risks.
