**Job Overview**
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of Group Operations professionals to deliver exceptional customer services and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales and Actuarial teams to close individual Group processes efficiently.
- Issue policies and resolve customer and intermediary queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers and intermediaries.
- Implement and maintain quality controls to aid proactive management and problem anticipation.
- Supervise and train a high-performing team to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with finance for policy account balance reconciliation.
- Lead the transformation and digitization of group business.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 8-10 years' experience gained in customer Services or Operations Department is required. An MBA/ACII degree is preferred, with an Associate of Insurance Institute as an added advantage.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Good experience of operations in the financial services industry.
- Experience within the Group Operation department of an Insurance company is essential.
- Data processing expertise to deliver operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using databases and office management software, including word processors and spreadsheets.
- Strong leadership, team building, and influencing skills.
