Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Team Leader to spearhead our team and drive operational excellence.


This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day tasks, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving business growth through effective management strategies.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.


Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in various client offerings and workstations, focusing on areas like Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, Returns, and more.
  • Independently support client queries related to Fixed Income analytics, Returns, Terms and Conditions, and other relevant topics.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in end-to-end Services operations support for clients, encompassing workflows, data validation, and process optimization.
  • Partner with regional and Global Leads, Managers, Directors of Operations, and stakeholders to effectively manage initiatives and drive business outcomes.
  • Drive operational efficiency by promoting consistency across global teams and implementing best practices.
  • Maintain regular communication with regional and global teams through presentations, reviews of KPIs, and key goals for the team.
  • Lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as a point of contact during shifts and demonstrate resourcefulness in supporting the team and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of minimum 7 members, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
  • A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
