Job Title: Senior Partnership Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Partnership Account Manager. This role will be responsible for driving growth and performance of complex and/or strategic partnership accounts, ensuring consistent delivery against account priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, business development, and customer success. They will be able to build and maintain trust-based relationships with financial institution partners, facilitate regular engagement and collaboration, and lead the implementation of partner-facing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with financial institution partners.
    • Facilitate regular engagement and collaboration with partner teams.
  • Business Development:
    • Actively contribute to the expansion of our reach by identifying new opportunities within existing partnerships.
    • Craft tailored value propositions for potential partners.
  • Information & Business Advisory:
    • Provide insights and advisory support to strengthen business decision-making and program outcomes.
