Job Title:

Learning and Development Lead

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our organization by overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and coach trainers, and have a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Training Delivery & Execution: Manage empaneled trainers and deliver training plans across induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates. Create training calendars and dashboards; ensure logistics and SME availability.
  • Activation Targets: Drive and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals (first successful cross-sell within defined time). Take corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Team Capability Building: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.
  • Governance & Feedback: Ensure compliance and code of conduct adherence. Capture and share training data, insights, and ground feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of developing and executing successful training programs is essential for this position.
