**Training Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced AS/400 (IBM i) professional to join our team as a trainer.

Overview:

The ideal candidate will guide and mentor college students and freshers in the field of AS/400, RPG, and RPGLE.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver structured training sessions, labs, and practical assignments for college students and entry-level talent.
  • Conduct hands-on training in AS/400, RPG, and RPGLE, with a focus on simplifying complex concepts.
  • Mentor and inspire trainees to become enterprise-ready developers.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in AS/400, RPG, and RPGLE, with knowledge of CL and DB2 being a plus.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and evaluate trainee progress.
