Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative developer to lead our WordPress development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end WordPress development projects to ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation.
  • Architect and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, driving best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any CMS platform as required.
