Job Title: Full Stack Trainer

We are seeking a qualified and passionate professional to join our team as a Full Stack Trainer.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development and teaching/training with a strong focus on full-stack technologies such as Java, React, Spring Boot, Cloud, DevOps, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured classroom sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri format) on topics including front-end foundations (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js), back-end development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs), databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate), DevOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms), software engineering practices (Git/GitHub, Testing, Agile, Design Patterns)
  • Guide students through in-class practical and real-world projects
  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials

Requirements:

  • Extensive industry experience (5–10+ years) as a software developer / senior engineer
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
