Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Success Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service, driving sales, and building long-term relationships.

About the Role:

The Client Success Professional will be responsible for providing expert guidance and timely responses to client queries, addressing client concerns, and resolving issues efficiently. They will also proactively follow up with clients to ensure all their queries are addressed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction & Support
    • Provide expert advice and support to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure all their queries are addressed.
  • Consultative Sales
    • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
    • Convert client inquiries into sales opportunities.
    • Meet or exceed individual and team success goals.
  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.
    • Assist in the development and updating of client-facing materials.
  • Market Insight & Reporting
    • Stay informed about industry trends and client needs.
    • Own reporting and insights on client engagement and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong soft skills, including negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
