Client Relationship Manager

The role of a Client Relationship Manager is multifaceted and requires strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. This role involves managing client relationships, communicating effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, working closely with the finance team to support sales efforts and identify potential business opportunities, reviewing financial documents and following up on customer service issues, coordinating sales strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring that all interactions with clients are professional and courteous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trust with clients through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client needs with business objectives.
