Sales and Marketing Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Expert to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions.

  • Meet with school principals and administrators to understand their requirements and present Victory EduCorp's solutions in a clear and customized manner.
  • Follow up with schools regularly to build trust and close opportunities.
  • Maintain records of meetings, feedback, and progress.
  • Work towards monthly sales and outreach goals.
  • Share school feedback with the internal team for service improvements.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in any stream.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in sales, marketing, or education is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
  • Confident in making presentations and talking to school decision makers.
  • Willingness to travel within Mumbai or Pune for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
