Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance our team's skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective training sessions, creating engaging content, and measuring training impact.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to our organization by designing and implementing training solutions that address key business needs. As a Trainer, you will work closely with subject matter experts to create tailored training programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees.

  • Develop and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion, feedback, and evaluation results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in classroom, online, and blended training delivery, with at least 2 years as a master trainer.
  • Practical implementation experience of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to give structured performance feedback to trainees.
  • Experience working on cross-organizational projects that improved customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
