
Customer Service Training Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance our team's skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective training sessions, creating engaging content, and measuring training impact.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to our organization by designing and implementing training solutions that address key business needs. As a Trainer, you will work closely with subject matter experts to create tailored training programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of training completion, feedback, and evaluation results.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in classroom, online, and blended training delivery, with at least 2 years as a master trainer.
- Practical implementation experience of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to give structured performance feedback to trainees.
- Experience working on cross-organizational projects that improved customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
