About the Role:

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain required site kits to minimize downtime and ensure efficient machine operation.
  • Operator Training: Provide key operator training to users to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Service Deliverables: Ensure timely delivery of services to customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  • Output Optimization: Focus on maximizing output while minimizing costs to achieve business objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to optimize service revenue growth through volume growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 24x7 Availability: Be prepared to work in a 24-hour environment as needed to support business demands.
