Job Title: Bid Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bid Development Specialist to support our mission of delivering world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in the filtration industry, ensuring compliance with performance requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of technical parameters related to pressure vessels and filtration systems.
  • Design and size filters to meet specific application requirements, utilizing ASME calculations as preferred.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, providing technical support for customer engagements and solution development.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries and sales team requests.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and execution of after-sales service initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our products across diverse sectors.
  • Provide comprehensive product training to internal sales teams, occasionally accompanying them on customer visits to facilitate technical discussions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
