
Senior Business Development Executive

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-value creative, marketing, and content delivery contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
- Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
- Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate value propositions, model benefits, artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Ability to implement artificial intelligence in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
- Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
- Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
- Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with artificial intelligence, automation tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
- Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
- Experience with procurement portals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
